Open vents on warm days and fit automatic vent openers.
Sow Spring Onion seed in pots of well-drained compost.
Commence feeding Sprekelia if in flower.
Pot up Cymbidiums, Gladioli.
Dead head Amaryllus
Cut back Bromeliads to compost level.
Gradually withhold water from Cyclamen plants that have finished flowering.
Pot up Billbergia, Gardenia,Schlumbergera,& Vriesea
When Grapes come into flower, keep the greenhouse fairly dry to encourage good pollination.
Start Cactii into growth.
Pot on Aloe, Canna, Echevera, Ficus,and Peace Lily as required.
Commence feeding Chlorophytum.
Continue to water and liquid feed bulbs such as Hyacinths that have been forced into early bloom until foliage shows signs of yellowing.
Afterwards lift and store the bulbs in a cool airy place until autumn.
Repot Crassula & Draceana if required.
Prepare beds for tomatoes.
